Return of Items within 14 Days / Withdrawal from the Contract
In accordance with legislation, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt or withdraw from the contract without providing a reason.
Return by Mail
If you cannot return the item in person, you may send it by post. We recommend using a delivery service that provides shipment tracking. Please prepare the item properly for transport.
The sender always bears the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
Return Procedure
- Complete the return form (source of all necessary information for the return process).
- Include a copy of the invoice for the returned item.
- If returning electronic devices, reset them to factory settings (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
- Properly prepare the item for transport. Before handing it over to the carrier, protect it with the original packaging or equivalent protection to prevent damage. Do not forget to enclose the return form and a copy of the invoice.
