The General Terms and Conditions of the online store www.numivit.com are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store www.numivit.com (hereinafter referred to as “Liquid Vitamins”) is operated by Liquid Vitamins d.o.o., Pot k Sejmišču 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Company Registration No.: [insert], VAT ID: [insert], which is the provider of e-commerce services.
The General Terms and Conditions define:
- the operation of the online store,
- the rights and obligations of the user,
- the conditions of purchase, delivery, returns, and complaints,
- the business relationship between Liquid Vitamins d.o.o. and the customer.
DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS
We cooperate with GLS Slovenia for the delivery of orders.
The delivery cost is €3, regardless of the quantity or weight of the package.
For orders over €50, the delivery costs are covered by Liquid Vitamins d.o.o.
The ordered goods will be dispatched no later than within 2 working days.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email.
The delivery service will inform you about the status of your shipment via email (if provided) and will call you before delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification with instructions for pickup at the nearest collection point.
PRICES
Prices are valid at the time of order placement and include VAT.
The sales contract between the customer and Liquid Vitamins d.o.o. is concluded at the moment the customer receives the confirmation email “Thank you for your order.”
From that moment, all prices and conditions are fixed.
PAYMENT METHODS
The online store offers the following payment options:
- Cash on delivery,
- Prepayment (you will receive the pro forma invoice via email),
- Payment through GLS courier service (no additional costs upon delivery).
DELIVERY TIME
Liquid Vitamins d.o.o. undertakes to prepare and dispatch the order within 2 working days. If this is not possible, you will be notified by phone or email.
COMPLAINTS
The customer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt. In case of defects, we must be notified immediately. The customer may choose between:
- product replacement,
- price reduction,
- refund.
Complaints are not possible in the following cases:
- if the product was damaged due to improper handling by the customer,
- if a copy of the invoice is not provided,
- if the original labels are removed,
- if there are visible signs of use.
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Liquid Vitamins d.o.o. uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect personal data.
We collect the following data:
- name, surname,
- email address, phone number,
- delivery address,
- postal code and city,
- additional instructions with the order.
The data is used exclusively for order processing, information about new products, and marketing purposes (only if you consent during registration). You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking Unsubscribe.
In accordance with the law, we protect your data and do not share it with third parties without your consent.
If you wish to have your personal data deleted, please email us at info@liquidvitamins.si. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING
Complaints are accepted at the email address: vprasanja@liquidvitamins.si.
We respond to received complaints within 5 working days and keep the customer informed about the progress of the process.
USER REVIEWS/COMMENTS
Users can leave product reviews and ratings. Liquid Vitamins d.o.o. reserves the right not to publish offensive or inappropriate content.
By submitting a comment, the user grants permission for its publication in all company media.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with legislation, Liquid Vitamins d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court dispute resolution as competent. A link to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available [here].
